The International Symposium of the Pulp Biology and Regeneration Group of International Association of Dental Research (IADR) will be held in Nagoya, Japan, June 26-28, 2016.
The theme for this symposium is dental regenerative medicine and functional dental longevity.
The Symposium will feature a variety of topics on pulp biology and regenerative endodontics promoting the integration between basic and clinical sciences, bringing the gap between researchers and clinicians. Lectures and discussion sessions will be led by high-level international speakers facilitating experiences and information exchange on pulp biology and regeneration. The program includes 7 symposium sessions, a poster session, and a company/products display.
The seven sessions will cover the following topics:
- Session I : Basic Science of Regenerative Dental Medicine
- Session II : Scaffolds for Pulp/dentin Regeneration
- Session III : Inflammation and Regeneration
- Session IV : Other Topics
- Session V : Clinical Application
- Session VI : Future Prospects
This symposium has the primary goal of bringing together experts in the field of dental regeneration to promote advances in regenerative translational science. The Pulp Biology and Regeneration Group strongly believe that future regenerative therapies that promote increased tooth longevity in our modern aging societies can result from innovative research and academic collaborations. Therefore, this symposium has the potential to be a catalyst for advances in the field of dental engineering, bringing fundamental changes on how dental diseases are treated, and promoting oral health through scientific development.
